    Personalised Products - Errors Made by Us

    We do our best to ensure your personalised items are perfect, but if we’ve made a mistake in the personalisation, we want to make it right. Please follow these steps:

    • Take a clear photo of the item showing the error.
    • Include your order number in the message.
    • Once we’ve reviewed your information and confirmed the mistake, we’ll send a replacement with the correct personalisation, free of charge.
    • We’re only human, but we’ll always own up to our mistakes!

    Personalised Products - Errors Made by You

    If you notice an error in your personalisation after placing your order, contact us immediately with your order number. If production hasn’t started, we may be able to fix it. Unfortunately, if your item has already been personalised or shipped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for mistakes caused by the customer.
    To avoid any issues, please double-check your order details before submitting them. A quick review can save everyone time and ensure you receive the perfect product!

    Non-Personalised Products

    For non-personalised items, if you find a manufacturing fault, we’re here to help:

    • Please take a photo of the issue along with your order number.
    • Send the item back to us in its original packaging.
    • Upon inspection, if we confirm a manufacturing defect, we’ll issue a refund for the product, though we’re unable to refund the postage.
    • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to ensure you’re happy with the outcome.

    Can I have my band marked with emoticons or emojis?

    You are able to choose from over 30 icons that we offer.

    Can the bands stay on the bottles in the dishwasher or do I need to remove them?

    It’s absolutely fine to leave the band on the bottle for the dishwasher, our bands are designed to make life easier!
    Do the Name bands fit all types of bottle?

    Our bands will stretch to fit most kids’ bottles and small food containers. We cannot guarantee that the bands will fit every bottle but we are happy to advise if you wish to email us about a particular brand of bottle – hello@personalisedkidsstuff.com
    How durable are the PKS Name Bands?

    The bands are made from high quality silicone and, while we cannot predict the exact life expectancy, we do know that since its inception in 2019 the product has proved extremely hard wearing and reliable when used as suggested and not over stretched.

    You will receive a single coloured band personalised according to your selection during the ordering process.
