- Once we’ve reviewed your information and confirmed the mistake, we’ll send a replacement with the correct personalisation, free of charge.
- We’re only human, but we’ll always own up to our mistakes!

Unfortunately, if your item has already been personalised or shipped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement for mistakes caused by the customer.
